I spent two years at Samaritan's Purse Canada (SPC) and Billy Graham Evangelistic Association of Canada (BGEAC).  There were main projects that I spent my time on.  They were all using C#.NET and SQL Server 2005.  It was a SOA design as all the business process was done behind a web services interface using WCF.  I started implementing unit testing and moving from .NET 1.1 to .NET 3.5 with a MVC framework.  I left SPC to start on my own with State of the Arts.
